Organic Soya meal & Lecithin Soya Oil

Our advanced extruder-based Soya plant, where excellence meets certification :

1. Certifications : The plant proudly holds certifications from FSSAI, APEDA, GMP-PLUS, NPOP, and NOP, ensuring the highest industry standards.
2. Capacity and Production : Operated as a fully automatic plant, it boasts a crushing capacity of 275 TPD for soybean seed. This results in the production of approximately 220 MT of soya meal and 35 MT of soya crude oil.
3. Machinery Quality : Our commitment to excellence is reflected in the machinery we use. The extruders, manufactured by Bronto(Ukraine), feature an automated temperature control system. The pre-cleaning section is sourced from Buhler, ensuring top-notch quality throughout the process.
4. Chemical-Free Process : Emphasizing purity and quality, our entire process is chemical-free and devoid of adulteration. Notably, we refrain from adding any additional moisture during the manufacturing process.

The Total Process Involves:

  • Seed purchase : we only buy soyabean seeds with the conditions- moisture (10% Max), damaged seed below (2%) and sand silica below (2%)
  • Quality control : 100% sampling of seeds is done during unloading.
  • Pre-cleaning : All the sticks, sand-silica and foreign matter is removed in the pre-cleaner section.
  • Extrusion : The soya seed is grinded and passed through the extruder which extrudes the material at high pressure and at a temperature of 140-145 degree Celsius.
  • Expeller : The extruded material then passes through the expeller to separate the crude oil and soya oil cake.

Soya oil cake- The cake has an oil percentage of about 6%. It has higher Protein, Amino Acids, ME and fat values than Solvent extracted Soymeal:-

Urease activity- 0.05%-0.1%
Protein- 47%-48%
Fat- 5.5%-6%
Fiber- 5.25%
Sand silica-0.3%
KOH solubility- 75%-85%
Total Ash- 7% max.
Aflatoxin- 10 PPB (parts per billion) max.
PDI- 9%-14%

Oil- Soya Crude Oil produced in this process is rich in Lecithin (natural emulsifier) and Tocopherol (antioxidant):-

Moisture – 0.5% max.
FFA- 1.5% max.
Iodine value- 125 min.
Sediments- 0.25% max.
Peroxide value- 3% max.
Acetone insoluble-3%
